PQ Programmes
Programmes provide the opportunity to work with others, compare approaches and to receive challenge and support from other leaders aspiring to develop PQ.
Our programmes range from 2-4 days. We mix participants from a wide range of organisations, thereby providing the multiple perspectives of individuals and organisations that replicate a complex, multi stakeholder environment.
For companies with established senior leadership programmes we can design PQ sessions to fit within and complement the current programme or modules.
2 day Programme
- Pre course questionnaire
- Welcome and Introduction to all participants - getting to know people with different PQ experience and what they as an individual will bring to the programme and what they want to develop.
- Assessment of current PQ capability
- Introduction to the model
- Interactive PQ development sessions with actors and other participants to provide practise, feedback and significantly improve the capacity to transfer learning back to the work place.
- Development of a personal PQ development plan
4 day Programme
(this can be one complete programme or divided into two modules).

- Development of a personal PQ development plan
- The 4 day programme enables all 5 facets to be explored in depth and on the final day a live simulation tests all 5 facets working in harmony
Tailored Programmes
Many organisations have successful leadership programmes that are tailored to meet the specific leadership needs of their leaders. These programmes continue to work well when they are regularly reviewed and refreshed in the light of a changing context and new demands for leaders. For many organisations PQ is recognised as a new capability to be integrated into senior leadership development. In consultation with you we can design sessions work to complement and expand your current competency framework.
For example:
- A new session positioned within an existing programme to raise awareness of PQ;
- A tailored organisation specific programme for those leaders identified with specific PQ development needs.
