• transforming the quality of leadership through robust assessment and development and learning and coaching support;
• providing high quality and varied development interventions to a global organisation of 16,000 people;
• and gaining and retaining worldwide Investors in People accreditation;
• developing integrated and strategic HR systems, underpinned by a powerful competence framework.
